For standard shipping, tax is included in the shipping fee.

For Express Shipping (U.S. and Canada only),  tax is included when delivery in the U.S.A . And taxes are borne by the customer when shipping to Canada.

Cancel fee

There is no additional fee to ask for an order canceled.

How long will I get the refund for the order canceled?

If your order is unshipped, we will make a refund in one business day.

if your order is shipped out,  please reject the package first.  If we get the rejection confirmation from the shipping carrier, then we will make a refund in one business day.

Return Condition

• Within 14 days after you sign for the package.
• The order item must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed.

The return shipping fee

If there is a quality problem with the ordered item, the shipping cost will be borne by us. Quality issues include non-human damage, material not as described, used items, and stains on items. 

The customer will bear shipping costs if the order does not have the above quality problems.
