For the unshipped order, I'd like to cancel my order.

Condition

  • No Condition, you could cancel unshipped orders any time you like.

To cancel your order, you can contact us in 2 ways listed below:

Cancel fee

There is no additional fee to ask for an order canceled.

How long will I get the refund for the order canceled?

If your order is unshipped, we will make a refund in one business day.

if your order is shipped out,  please reject the package first.  If we get the rejection confirmation from the shipping carrier, then we will make a refund in one business day.

For shipped order, I'd like to return my order for a refund or a exchange.

Return Condition

  • Within 14 days after you sign for the package.
  • The order item must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed.

How to return?

1st. Contact us to submit the return request, if there is a quality problem with the order, you could submit photos of the product together.  You can contact us in 2 ways listed below:

2nd. We will send you a return address after we confirm this return request.

The return shipping fee

If there is a quality problem with the ordered item, the shipping cost will be borne by us. Quality issues include non-human damage, material not as described, used items, and stains on items. 

The customer will bear shipping costs if the order does not have the above quality problems.
